A trade show quiz that fills your stall — and your lead sheet
Most exhibition stalls in India still collect leads with a visitor book and a fishbowl of business cards. A quiz on the visitor's own phone gets you more names, cleaner data and a reason for people to stop.
Built for how Indian expos actually run
- INR pricing, UPI and cards through Razorpay. No dollar subscription, no international card. GST invoice on every payment.
- No app for visitors. The QR opens in the phone camera. It works on the crowded 4G of a Pragati Maidan or BEC hall because every answer is a tiny request.
- Work-email check. Optionally reject Gmail and Yahoo addresses so the leads you export are the ones your sales team wants.
- Single event pass. Doing one show this quarter? Buy a ₹2,999 pass for 7 days instead of a monthly plan.
What the visitor sees
Scan, enter name and work email, tick the consent line, answer five to eight timed questions with a short explanation after each, see the score and a live rank. Ninety seconds, then they look up at the TV to find themselves on the board.
What you get
A live dashboard of every player, the final ranked board for the prize ceremony, and a CSV with name, email, company, your custom fields, score, time and consent timestamp. Import it into HubSpot, Zoho or a spreadsheet the same evening.
Typical uses
- IT and SaaS stalls at Nasscom, GITEX India, Convergence and community conferences: a product-knowledge quiz that doubles as a soft pitch.
- B2B manufacturing expos: an industry-trivia quiz to draw engineers to the stall, with a prize draw from the top ten.
- Campus and career fairs: a company-facts quiz that captures student contacts with consent.
