Who we are

QDevine is operated by Cloud TruCost (OPC) Private Limited, India. For quiz players, the exhibitor running the event is the data controller and we process data on their behalf; for dashboard users, we are the controller.

What we collect

• Players: the fields on the registration form (typically name, work email, company), the consent tick and its time, quiz answers, score and timings. Public demo entries are deleted within 24 hours.
• Dashboard users: email address and sign-in details (via Amazon Cognito), organisation name, events, questions and billing status. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI details.
• Technical: server logs with IP address and request metadata, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

How it is used

To run the quiz, show the leaderboard, send the result email the exhibitor configured, provide the exhibitor's dashboard and export, bill subscriptions, and send account emails (onboarding tips, usage warnings). We do not sell data or use player data for our own marketing.

Where it lives

Amazon Web Services, Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. Email is sent through Amazon SES.

Your rights

Players can ask the exhibitor, or us, to see or delete their entry. Exhibitors can delete any lead or event from the dashboard at any time. Write to the address above and we will act within 30 days.
