QDevine (Cloud TruCost (OPC) Private Limited) provides a hosted quiz and leaderboard for events, with a dashboard for exhibitors. Plans and limits are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for the questions you publish, the consent text you show players and for complying with data-protection law for the leads you collect. Do not use the service to collect data from children or for unlawful purposes.
Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Event passes are one-time and valid for the stated number of days from the moment an event is made live. Prices exclude GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
We aim for the service to be available throughout your event and will tell you in advance about planned maintenance. Paid plans keep working up to 120% of the participant limit so a live booth is not interrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Indian law applies; courts in Pune have jurisdiction.
